Shipping Terms
Shipments of toys and spare parts are handled separately. Therefore, different delivery terms apply for toy orders and spare parts orders.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from our warehouses in Jura. The products purchased by the Customer are delivered to the delivery address provided by the Customer during the Order.
For toys (finished products):
The merchant site of the company Smoby Toys SAS makes deliveries only on metropolitan France (including Corsica, DROM-COM excluded).
Three delivery methods are possible: at home, at the workplace or in DPD Pickup* Relay Point.
- at home: fill in the delivery address in the "Address" step
- at work: fill in the "Company" field when entering the delivery address at the "Address" step
- in DPD Pickup Relay Point: after filling in your personal address, select the Pickup Relay closest to you at the "Payment" step (network of 6000 relay points in France)
*Some products that are too bulky are not eligible for DPD Pickup Relay delivery. In this case, this delivery method becomes automatically inaccessible.
Delivery time is estimated at 3 to 5 business days from receipt of order (up to 7 business days for houses and slides). Upon shipment of the order, the customer is notified by email and provided with a tracking number for the delivery of the order. For Orders with bulky products (houses and slides), delivery is made by appointment (the carrier contacting the customer directly to arrange a delivery date).

For spare parts:
The merchant site of the company Smoby Toys SAS makes deliveries of spare parts in metropolitan France (including Corsica, DROM-COM excluded) and the countries of the European Union.
Two delivery methods are possible: at home or at the workplace
- For small parts: COLISSIMO La Poste
- For large parts: by carrier
The delivery time is estimated:
- For France: from 3 to 5 working days from receipt of the order
- For the EU: from 5 to 15 working days from receipt of the order
