Shipping Terms
Shipments of toys and spare parts are handled separately. Therefore, different delivery terms apply for toy orders and spare parts orders.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from our warehouses in Jura. The products purchased by the Customer are delivered to the delivery address provided by the Customer during the Order.
For toys (finished products):
The merchant site of the company Smoby Toys SAS makes deliveries only on metropolitan France (including Corsica, DROM-COM excluded).
Three delivery methods are possible: at home, at the workplace or in DPD Pickup* Relay Point.
- at home: fill in the delivery address in the "Address" step
- at work: fill in the "Company" field when entering the delivery address at the "Address" step
- in DPD Pickup Relay Point: after filling in your personal address, select the Pickup Relay closest to you at the "Payment" step (network of 6000 relay points in France)
*Some products that are too bulky are not eligible for DPD Pickup Relay delivery. In this case, this delivery method becomes automatically inaccessible.
Delivery time is estimated at 3 to 5 business days from receipt of order (up to 7 business days for houses and slides). Upon shipment of the order, the customer is notified by email and provided with a tracking number for the delivery of the order. For Orders with bulky products (houses and slides), delivery is made by appointment (the carrier contacting the customer directly to arrange a delivery date).

For spare parts:

Two delivery methods are possible: at home or at the workplace
- For small parts: COLISSIMO La Poste
- For large parts: by carrier
The delivery time is estimated:
- For France: from 3 to 5 working days from receipt of the order
- For the EU: from 5 to 15 working days from receipt of the order

wir haben dieses Tipi für unsere Zwillinge gekauft. Es ist ausreichend groß und bietet gut Platz für beide Kinder. Der Aufbau war sehr einfach und die Anleitung verständlich. Einziges Manko, es war kein "Werkzeug" dabei, man musste eine entsprechend große Münze zur Hand haben. Würde ich aber sonst immer wieder Weiterempfehlen.

Strahlende Kinderaugen sagen mehr als 1000 Worte
Smoby hat ein super tolles Zelt auf den Markt gebracht, welches für eine breite Zielgruppe geeignet ist. Gerade die Verwendung des Zeltes für Kinder von 2 bis 8 Jahren finde ich super, weil so auch Geschwister das Produkt gemeinsam nutzen können. Auch die Tatsache, dass das Zelt im Kinderzimmer sowie im Garten aufgebaut werden kann, finde super, da es so im Sommer wie im Winter Verwendung finden kann. Dazu ist die variable Größe für mich ein absoluter Vorteil dieses Zeltes. Mein Patenkind ist total angetan von diesem Zelt und es wird sehr gerne mitgespielt. Es ist gleichzeitig für mehrere Kinder verwendbar, da es groß genug ist dies ist für Geschwister und Freunde ein sehr guter Nutzen. Ihre Reaktion nach dem Aufbau waren strahlende Augen und ein überschwängliches Danke in meine Richtung, worüber ich mich sehr gefreut habe. Für mich sehr vorteilhaft sind die hochwertige Verarbeitung des Kunststoffes, wodurch es sehr langlebig ist sowie der leichte Aufbau, wodurch es auch schnell nach innen verlagert werden kann. Wir sind total überzeugt, weil ich denke, dass es für die nächsten Jahre verwendet werden kann und somit, im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Spielzeugen, sehr langlebig und lange bespielt werden kann. Daher von uns volle Punktzahl.
